Remove unused _XROOTWINDOW hint stuff.
Fix various background pixmap related bugs.
Enable using names in some IPC window info functions.
Fix a few GC leaks.
Let fixedpos window attribute not imply sticky.
Simplify stick/unstick (fixes raise problem during unstick).
