Clean up setting internal window name/class hints.
Fix segv when there are no client windows.
Added "verbose" command line option.
Localisation/UTF8 fixed.

- Segv on mouse click when there are no client windows.
- IPC "save configuration" command is broken.
This causes changes made with e16keyedit to be lost after restart.
