Not resurrecting, doesn't seem to work properly.

Kim Woelders fda39df73d Remove pseudotransparency support - 1 
Has been disabled by default for 5 years.

- Remove autofoo stuff.
- Unifdef ENABLE_TRANSPARENCY and ENABLE_THEME_TRANSPARENCY.
- Remove transparency settings from docs/e16.xml.

Kim Woelders d779a4d0f8 Enable logging to stdout or stderr. 
Stdout/stderr is selected with Conf.log.dest (0:stdout, 1:stderr).
Conf.difftime changed to Conf.log.difftime for consistency.

- Merge e16-docs-src.xml and README.xml into e16.xml.
- Remove README
- Remove edox documentation generation stuff.
- Add simple e16.man.

E16 documentation in edox format (e16-docs package) is now considered obsolete.
