removed tar path lenght kludge, requires updated dpkg
http://www.debian.org/~ljlane/downloads/dpkg_1.4.1.17.deb
(there at least until the mirror pushes catch up)
added Ganymede again, and I hope cK puts a descriptin in debian/control

debian has too many little packages. I don't like this at all.
...
it's too easy to get away with not installing everything the default setup
needs, and users are likely going to do that. I am against
this.

* combined Makefile and menu mangling scripts and debhelper files into

* changed debian/rules into a somewhat "normalized" rules.multi format
* fixed various prerm and postinst scripts
* replaced the ganymede theme with bluesteel
* truncated "BrushedMetal-Tigert" down to "BrushedM" so dpkg --install
will STFU, looking for a real fix
