Summary:
The internal and the API we would like is mostly a canvas API. A lot of the code
in evas is working around the fact that efl_input_device is not defined inside Evas.
This patch is the first step to try to clean this up.

i found a crash today where a heme could cause a crash if it just did
the right things. the run program was freed while still being
accessed. so add some ref counting to keep it alive until references
go to 0. and add soem refs while we store it in lists.

Summary:
_edje_part_***_set/get (for mouse_events, repeat_events, ignore_flags, mask_flags)
overwrite cached edje value. These behaviors affect all edje object added after
these changes, and result in not intended.

Seat goes as an optional parameter for FOCUS_SET (if not
provided, act over default seat), and emit signals
with seat suffix:
* focus,in,$SEAT
* focus,out,$SEAT
* focus,part,in,$SEAT
* focus,part,out,$SEAT
This removes:
Efl.Event interface
And renames:
Efl.Event.Input -> Efl.Input.Event
Efl.Event -> Efl.Input.Event (merged)
Efl.Event.Pointer -> Efl.Input.Pointer
Efl.Event.Key -> Efl.Input.Key
Efl.Event.Hold -> Efl.Input.Hold
This also moves some interfaces from efl/ to evas/ where they
belong better.
This allows renaming Eo_Event to Efl_Event.
even though each part want to get the signal regardless of ON_HOLD,
click signal should not emmitted if event flag is set to ON_HOLD.
ON_HOLD means this event is useless, so up event with ON_HOLD flag cannot source of clicked signal.

I just ran my script (email to follow) to migrate all of the EFL
automatically. This commit is *only* the automatic conversion, so it can
be easily reverted and re-run.
Summary:
The mouse,in/out signal has missing parts to use.
When user send down event on specific object, then move cursor to outside of object.
the mouse,in signal must be called in case. but it's not in traditional implement.
So i added this signal for support above use case.
In order to satisfy above use case, user can add both of the signals(mouse,in mouse,pressed,in).
(Adding new name of signals to do not break compatibility with before implements.)

Add mouse,pressed,in/out program to object.
Press object which added signals before.
Move mouse cursor to out of object, then check the program works.

Summary:
Elementary widgets dealing with Evas Events usually mask event_flags with
EVAS_EVENT_FLAG_ON_HOLD, to show that this event is already handled.
However, widget like Elm_Button, it does not handle EVAS_CALLBACK_MOUSE_DOWN directly,
but it handles Edje_Signal instead, so there's no chance to mask event_flags.
Developers can block event propagation by putting rectangle the very last part of EDC,
but this instruction can help the case making elementary widget with only Edje_Signal handling.
This is not required essentially, so please check the necessity of this function.

NOTE: In C, you can only mark an area const if it is not changed at
runtime, this include also the job of the linker at runtime. So this
array can't be const because they use pointer from Evas that will be
resolved during link at runtime, instead of link at compile time.
This pass on Linux, but fail on other architecture and is actually
not correct. So let's not use const here.
this is still in progress, mostly the multisense stuff is pending.
it seems that when we merge ecore_audio in edje the libremix and
similar are gone, at least from Edje, and will be in ecore_audio
itself (or pulseaudio).
Changes:
* __UNUSED__ to EINA_UNUSED
* binaries (epp, embryo_cc, edje_cc) now consider EFL_RUN_IN_TREE and
will assume the binaries are still not installed, running from
build tree location (needs more testing, maybe doesn't work with
srcdir != builddir, still doesn't solve cross compile builds)
