Mike Blumenkrantz b9b925fba5 build: use legacy api in places where legacy should be used 
these seem to randomly have been changed when they shouldn't have

also install elm_clock_eo.h since this is required but we didn't install it

Woochan Lee 6b29613bbe efl_ui_multibuttonentry: maintainance legacy function type. 
Summary:
I did it wrong.

The "Elm_Multibuttonentry_Format_Cb" should be maintain for legacy.

efl_ui_XXX has to use efl_format interface.

Test Plan: elementary_test->multibuttonentry sample.

Daniel Zaoui 151d7a6517 Tests/datetime: set the weekday to avoid Exactness error 
The weekday, if not set, is the weekday of the day the test is run (i.e
today).
It means Exactness shots will be different most of the time.
