ecore_wl2: Auto generate xdg v6 protocol

Mostly trivial, needed to update private header as we'd used a
non-standard name for our generated copy.

ecore-wl2: Add support for xdg shell version 6

This patch adds support (client-side) for xdg_shell version 6.
Enlightenment is currently using this version as it's desktop shell,
so we need to support it client-side also.
