Cedric BAIL 1d415b796b evas: add more infrastructure to the prepare stage of pipe rendering. 
NOTE: this improve some test by 10 to 15% some other are down by 5%.
Their is still more tunning and improvement possible now (Particularly
with Map), but it will do for now.

Carsten Haitzler 77e35d60a3 jose's software rendering work - slight improvements (about 5-10%). i had to 
disable destination alha mmx support for text rendering (mask + color) as it
was broken in tests.

Carsten Haitzler 1b272aec90 joses's gradient work - gradient look nice. one problem jose.. USE BRACKETS! 
do NOT depend on order operation precedence. it broke scaling. laos other
completely bizarre mmx things were going wrong with mm7 ending up not 0 so
i've had to force it to be 0.

Carsten Haitzler 72c06b259b evas now uses 
EVAS_DEBUG_SHOW
EVAS_DEBUG_ABORT
environment variables to disctate if:
1. it displays any error output if it encorunters wrong object types, NULLs
etc.
2. if it should call abort() on such an error so it can be easily caught with
gdb as a segv.

if these enironment variables exists it will do both.. if they dont it will
not perform the appropriate action. (so now by default evas remains quiet and
marches on)
