Sungtaek Hong 32635ad7bd elm_map: add copyright_cb for osm tile source. 
Summary:
 - According to Copyright and license in Openstreetmap
   (https://www.openstreetmap.org/copyright/en)
   credit has to be in the corner of map.
 - Add copyright_cb which returns an object to show copyright.

Test Plan:
1. Excecute elementary_test->map
           2. Right click->source->set any tile source
           3. Observe copyright is added.

Tom Hacohen e65aae994e Eo: Finish the renaming of Eo to the EFL. 
This renames all the rest of the API to the EFL namespace except for
Eo_Event that will follow soon.

Obviously breaks both API and ABI.
