Derek Foreman 05124250c5 ecore_imf/wayland: Auto generate wayland text-input protocol ... Needed to do some fairly invasive changes because naming conventions changed since we checked in the header. Also, since I'm done converting protocol, change the gitignore to use wildcards for wayland protocol.
