1. get rid of grammar mistake
2. refer to COPYING-PLAIn correctly as the filename
3. be more explicit on "shipping source" due to ambiguity (this makes it what
it was intended to be and that is GPL compatible).
this does not modify the LGPL libs... or GPL apps etc. - only those using the
original COPYING from e. author and dates at the top remain the same.

Raster, I'm going to pull the db loader out of the imlib2 source and put
deps in the e17 stuff for the loader, as you originally agreed. I will do
this later today unless I get mail from you telling me not to.

deterministic, so the image will look slightly different from how it
looks in Gimp (I've not copied their random number code). However I
always use the same seed so the image will look the same with any
Imlib2 code.
That's it. I've added a GPL license and some info to the
README. Maybe some licensing expert could check this. Otherwise it
would be good if people tested this code against the funkiest XCFs
around :)
