tested configuring/compiling it in just about every way possible.
Changes:
Changed Imlib2 &edb to take a --with-imlib2 argument as well. This way you
can build from a different install of imlib2 than the one imlib2-config in
your path reports if you wish.
Added a --disable-edb flag to prevent building the edb loader
Added a --disable-xcf flag to prevent building the xcf loader
Added some summary output at the end of configure to show which
loaders are enabled/disabled for this build session.
The default behavior was not changed, except to fix a blunder
on my part in my earlier patch that caused configure to die if
edb-config was not found.

imlib2_loaders.spec.in:
- Changed Aug 21 in Tom's change to the 12th, since I don't
think there's a 9 day difference between the uk and the US. ;-)
- Corrected web URL, it now points to the new pages/imlib2 web page.
- Changed Copyright to mixed, since not all items in this package will
be BSD Licensed. If we'd prefer to just list all the licenses I can
do that too, just let me know.

Raster, I'm going to pull the db loader out of the imlib2 source and put
deps in the e17 stuff for the loader, as you originally agreed. I will do
this later today unless I get mail from you telling me not to.

which case one has time to improve XCF loaders :)
* fixed a few memleaks (I never actually cleaned up :)
* fixed a colormap problem with layer masks, I hope this works

deterministic, so the image will look slightly different from how it
looks in Gimp (I've not copied their random number code). However I
always use the same seed so the image will look the same with any
Imlib2 code.
That's it. I've added a GPL license and some info to the
README. Maybe some licensing expert could check this. Otherwise it
would be good if people tested this code against the funkiest XCFs
around :)
