we dont need to delay module loading anymore so remove allof this -
priority too shouldn't be necessary as well and was just a workaround.
this remvoes all of that removing some e module api's and module
struct members as well as some global config fields. it also ensures
all config files are up to date as well.
it just does nothing but list colorclasses from the theme. can't edit
them or see them. no point having it there. this should get fixed up
later, but for now - disable it.
Summary:
Previously if you had different wallpapers on different screens
then came back to the settings and changed the wallpaper ALL
screens would be set, and the painstaking work of setting
various wallpapers across desktops/screens is lost instantly.
This patch avoids this annoyance.

If a new install show the system wallpapers. If a user supplied
wallpaper show the list of user supplied. If a system, show the
system list of wallpapers. On a fresh install on first use people
realise there are wallpapers!!!
a reason for doing that is that you can just pack together targets into
a array and pass them to our helper, and the helper will just handle
them, so even module with eldbus codegen etc is now supported.
This also means that we are just passing the src object directly into
the shared_module call, which means the user of our helper can just pack
everything he needs into the src var and the helper does not need to
know about it.
now they can be trule async hopefully stopping things like application
menu from stalling while loading icons header... which is really nasty
with svg's. this actually makes icons async by default which is really
EXACTLY what you want. this also prepares for later making edje loads
async.

This small patch modifies the conf_theme module to use screen dpi from
the compositor canvas (thus getting server screen dpi) for use in
scaling.

this allows video files to be played for wapapers - they loop and run
indefinitely. it is a special video object that shares the same source
across all outputs, so if you have the same video set, on 2 screens
(or desktops) then it's only decoded once and uses proxies to
ducplicate. this works in the pager too (it uses proxies).
this is for amusement and fun and ... because we can. :)
Summary:
It seems this was missed when doing the manager/container id removal
back in march. The param validation was failing and causing the "Set"
button to not work in "Screen > Virtual Desktops > Click to Change
wallpaper".
Test Plan:
1. Open "Screen > Virtual Desktops > Click to Change wallpaper"
2. Click "Set"
- Expect that a wallpaper dialog be shown
- Before this patch nothing happens

I noticed e_bg_add calls e_bg_del so the additional call is not
required, it should also be noted the msgbus module doesn't call
this and works fine.

this will allow all colorclasses present in the current theme to be edited
instead of only the hardcoded ones in the module. it will also require
completely new translations, for which translators will need to read the edc
files of the default theme (cleverly located in another repo) and provide
translations to the _translate() callback in the theme module
the editor currently lacks indicators for active/type on the colorclass
list, but this can be added in time. meanwhile, a large amount of code is
no longer duplicated or maintained in this repo

first place anyway. shoudl replace the entire dialgo one at a time by
an elm version not try and stuff elm widgets into where e widgets used
to be. this doesnt improve e's config dialogs, just makes them buggy
as all hell in the name of a move to elm.
