Seunghun Lee	945683824b	Add initial module of weekeyboard as a wayland virtual keyboard. Summary: Depends on D2275 this module is a virtual keyboard used in wayland. Test Plan: <prerequisite> - Configure with --enable-wl-weekeyboard. 1. run enlightenment as a wayland display server. 2. run weston-editor which has text entry using wayland protocol.
