mixer: replace E_Mixer_Channel_Info has_capture with capabilities
capabilities is a bitmap with the following defined bits: E_MIXER_CHANNEL_CAN_MUTE 0x01 E_MIXER_CHANNEL_IS_MONO 0x02 E_MIXER_CHANNEL_HAS_CAPTURE 0x04 E_MIXER_CHANNEL_HAS_PLAYBACK 0x08
