sebastid	c86091fcaf	- Add atom E_ATOM_SHADE_DIRECTION, remove E_ATOM_ICONIC ... - Add function for reordering border lists. - Update hints, and use them. - Add a flag to e_border_hide to tell if the window still is managed or not. - Don't set changed flag if changing visibility.
