Daniel Juyung Seo 676cf93ec3 elm list: Added elm_list_first/last_item_get() APIs. I know we freezed API but they are so primitive and necessary for 1.0

Elementary

A basic widget set library that is easy to use and is based on EFL.
It provides the basic building blocks for creating applications and user
