E: Fix e_mouse initializing.
NB: The logic looked wrong here. (was if ecore_x_pointer_mapping_set succeeds, then return a fail of e_mouse_update). That makes no sense. We should only return a fail of mouse_update if the ecore_x_pointer_mapping_set function call Fails. SVN revision: 70247
