andrunko e8d5699915 Added Ecore_IMF_Evas. 
Removed Evas dependency from Ecore_IMF, that was requested by Ewl developers
in order to be able to integrate Ecore_IMF on it.

Added Ecore_IMF_Evas, a library with helper functions to use Ecore_IMF together
with Evas.

Now everybody should be happy.

andrunko cb892827f8 Changed ecore_imf_context_client_window_set to receive an Evas pointer. 
This would allow applications to create input method plugins with more
fancy stuff (like transparency, ...).

Christopher Michael a6b5ad55bd Keep Begin/Stop of move/resize gadgets in sync. 
This fixes a bugger where the shelf menu & gadcon client menu were not
updating properly when editing, ie: the shelf menu would still read Stop
Editing even tho no other gcc's where in edit mode.

core module api call for about dialog gone (not needed anymore). use module

Carsten Haitzler 91b0dbc6fc lok's patches for hal support. works a bit better now - removable devs are 
mounted as the user and it monitors other mount work by other apps etc. etc.
some fixes to remove segv's and at least make mt cd/dvd drive recognised asa
storage device, but it seesm as of now mounting of cd/dvd media doesn't work :(

Carsten Haitzler d2027e5fd3 and fully handle dynamic screen add/del with xinerama (xrandr 1.2). seems to 
work for me adding/removing screens. e moves windows from the old screen to
existing one(s) and creates new zones and any shelves etc. for that zone if
needed etc. etc.

When as right click an icon, we need to run the test function to determine of
context entries need to go into the menu or not. (previously, only the glob /

Miculcy Brian 4b5a3d2a6d Removed ~/.e/e/applications/all as it isn't used anymore. Correct dir is ~/.local/share/applications, so applications.tar.gz was parted into desktop_files.tar.gz which contains the .desktop files and is extracted to ~/.local/share/applications/ and desktop_order.tar.gz which contains the menu and bar files and is extracted to ~/.e/e/ .

Carsten Haitzler 8b7a332c73 this is ugly - but it reduces trails from dropshadow or desktop redraws on 
slow boxes. i had to
1. use bg pixmaps
2. defer window moves until idle enterer that runs AFTER the rendering
3. simple resizes from top-left are handled, but if top-left of frame needs
to mvoe all bets are off and its not deferred anymore.

Sebastian Dransfeld ac35054634 We need id's for gadgets which are independent of shelves, so if we move 
a gadget from one shelf to another it will keep the same config. Since the
id is mainly for the module to find the appropriate config for a gadget,
the module is now responsible for creating id's for gadgets config. One
problem is that we no longer can trust the id of a gadget, so we need to
store a reference between a gadget and its config after startup. No big
deal.

Christopher Michael 8c20c3a819 Add an event for when a module gets loaded/unloaded. Event structure consits 
of module name, and a bool for enabled/disabled. This allows the 'Shelf
Contents' dialog to be dynamically updated when a module loads/unloads.

Christopher Michael dc7f614937 Give menu apps dialogs (favs, ibar, etc, etc) ability to move items up/down 
in the list. Allows user to "customize" their order in the menus, as per
ManoWarrior feature request.

Added some API to ilist widget to help with this. iList can now do
append_relative, prepend, and prepend_relative.

Carsten Haitzler 31ded828f1 first module makes its way into a module of its own. 
this
1. allows different config dialogs to do the same thing - eg replace it with
a different ui or idea.
2. allows people to switch off cofngi they dont need or want and even not ship
the ui to configure it
3. is a nice proof of concept that modules cna do more than just be the
things at the bottom of your screen in a "panel".

e_dbus (optional if you built it) and uses dbus for mount, unmount dev and
volume detection, creates icons and changes their state etc. and automounts
on double-click of volume etc. may have bugs. pants on.

     - Use a framtable for the category button & list (allows for better
resizing).
     - Don't set a dynamic framelist title as this causes weird resize
issues with the frame itself. Instead, just an ilist header to show which

stuff - but its only going to be efficient for a small number of custom items
(maybe 100 or less). more than that and it might really needs to have a full
tree struct in the file.
