Whites at the end of lines ending with whites should not be cut, but
should be wrapped (there's no legal line break there).

The lock on the main hash was taken to late (after we took the decision
to remove the targeted Eina_File from the cache), this means it was possible
to get an Eina_File from the cache that was going to be removed. This patch
attempt to fix that potential race condition.
Hopefully should fix T461.
The order was messed up when inserting a few formats in the
markup_append/prepend functions without any characters between them.
For example, inserting "<b><i>" would result in "<i><b>" being inserted.

Summary:
Even if the anchor name is null, it will be appended to "anchors".
There are many null checking for name of anchor.
So it should be checked in geometry_get functions.
Test Plan:
Test with text "<a href =abc>We can't find name in this case</a>".
This text makes break the application. Because of a space between "href" and "=".
The name of anchor will be saved as null in "anchors".

I added EET_DATA_DESCRIPTOR_ADD_MAPPING_BASIC because I need basic types in unions, and EET_DATA_DESCRIPTOR_ADD_MAPPING is only for structs.
I also modified the example with a float and a string.

Render operation are not well tested. It appears that it was never properly setted
on a textblock, this would lead to see it rendered with the render operation of another
object.
Test Plan:
Add some rectangle object with textblock object.
The textblock style should be set to "backing=on backing_color=#ffffffff".
Set render operation to some rectangle with "evas_object_render_op_set(rect, EVAS_RENDER_COPY)".
Check the textblock.

Summary:
Some characters have different two value on glyph's width and horizontal advance width.
If the glyph's width is smaller than advance width, format can be drawn weird.
Test Plan:
Set underline:on to the entry style and just insert the following characters.

By tranversing the whole of the map target's tree,
it decides to update the map surface to be redrawn if one of the objects is changed except the clipper itself.

This patch brings in constant E crash for me. It seems to be timing
related which somehow leads to a mem corruption. Revert it for now
to allow people using E while Cedric looks into it.

this makes curl support a pure runtime-only thing. libcurl is loaded by
eina_module (dlopen/dlsym) when curl is actually first needed (when a
url connection/object is created). this means that ecore-con has no
link or compile dependencies on curl, only runtime, AND this saves
memory (due to curl inits using apparently a chunk of private pages).
so this saves memory and moves the dependency to runtime (though still
consider libcurl a dependency of efl - but like a binary executed,
it's at runtime).
This add finally support for JPEG 2000, but be aware that libopenjpeg
is very badly managed. There is currently only version 1.5.x that does
provide the right files, is usable by a third party and portable. You
can seriously forget any other version.
This reverts commit b5fce696c7 and fixes
to NEWS and @since that came later.
These functions are pretty trivial and their functionality can be
obtained with asprintf() and snprintf. The first is not available only
on windows, but there's an implementation for that one on Evil, that
should be used instead.
It is quite common that in an image sets each image has different border size.
This patch permit to define the border value on a per image basis in the set.
Markup_get was misbehaving and returning wrong results with some escaped
chars. markup_to_utf8 was working correctly. Merged the code together
and now both are consistent and correct.

This issue cause non-letter RTL characters not to be detected as RTL
which in turn turned off bidi for those strings.

NOTE: I am tempted to mark evas_object_memfile_set() as deprecated due
to the forced memcpy it introduced and the fact that it is now a 3 lines
of code to do the same in a more efficient way.
Add the moment, it only support simple type. Need iterator for more
complex type. It also expect a pointer to an Eina_Value and not directly
an Eina_Value, let me know if you prefer the opposite and maybe I
should rename it EET_T_PVALUE.
Fixes a memory leaks in evas_common_convert_yuv_42* and actually makes
these functions more useful. It's a win-win.

NOTE: when using Evas_Object image preload infrastructure the GL texture
upload was uploaded from the main loop during the rendering stage. This
could lead to some frame drop during fast animation due to the time needed
to upload that texture.
This patch fix this problem by uploading a small texture quickly (16x16)
and waiting for going back to the main loop to be able to use the same GL
context from another thread to do the texture upload asynchronously without
blocking the main loop.
+ Main cursor should be moved to selection start or selection end
cursor's position when selection handlers are pressed.
+ Fix my mistake in signal emit for end handler mouse down event.

Evas_GL Direct rendering is an optimization path that renders
directly to the window if conditions are met. Because evas gl
backend used to re-render the entire screen, evas_gl direct
rendering didin't have to concern with partial region rendering.
Now that partial rendering/swapping has been applied to evas gl-
backend, evas_gl direct rendering also had to take into account
clip regions. in order to properly apply it, some adjustments
were made to the engine functions and etc.
This is an astonishing bug, I wonder since how long it has been there. It
is basically due to the use of void * and a wrong cast. Type checking is
clearly useful, let's use it more !
eina_str_convert() is GUARANTEED to break when doing any such encoding (eg. UTF16->UTF8). I don't know who added the original function, but this is very bad, and we should almost certainly deprecate eina_str_convert() so people are not surprised when they are unable to convert strings as expected.
ecore_con_event_server_add() is never called (at least not in the
standard TCP connection case, so initialize svr->start_time in
ecore_con_server_add(). This shouldn't regress any other behaviour as
this is done at the very beginning and any later change to start_time
will still happen.

Call _ecore_pipe_unhandle() when you return from _ecore_pipe_read() or the fd will never be closed.
This fixed increasing numbers of fd handler issue when you call ecore_pipe_add/del repeatedly.
In that case, reusing ecore_pipe is recommended though.
Now the opaque and input regions are updated on ecore_wl_window_resize,
there's no need to call ecore_wl_window_buffer_attach() for this
anymore.
The checks on alpha and transparent flags were also fixed.
ecore_wl_window_update_size() is now called by ecore_wl_window_resize(),
reducing duplicated code.
