Xavi Artigas 205193f1ab docs: Add @since 1.22 to all stable classes' EO docs 
Summary: Previous @since tags have already been removed from eo files.

Test Plan: Everything builds, but stable classes now have Since tags in the docs.

Xavi Artigas bbd4b6e514 docs: Remove obsolete @since tags from EO files 
Summary:
All legacy @since tags have already moved to the *.legacy.h files.
EO files are now devoid of @since tags (except some eldbus still
needed for legacy).
Upcoming patches will add @since 1.22 to those APIs which come out
of beta in this release.
APIs marked @beta do not need @since tags.

Test Plan: Everything builds, EO docs (like DocFX) have no Since tags.

Marcel Hollerbach 954cdb3656 efl: apply the stabilzed column of the efl api board 
Summary:
The project https://phab.enlightenment.org/tag/efl_api/ has been used in
the last few weeks to figure out which classes can be stablized and
which cannot. This commit moves those dedicated classes outside beta.
And makes them stable.

Xavi Artigas 333330a6e5 Mark BETA classes individually 
Summary:
Instead of surrounding all the #include "*.eo.h" lines in Efl.h
with #ifdef EFL_BETA_API_SUPPORT, include these files unconditionally, but mark
all classes as @beta in the eo files.
This will allow taking them out of beta one by one as we deem them stable enough.
Otherwise, the current procedure involves moving the #include line out of the
ifdef block, which is cumbersome and messes include order.

Marcel Hollerbach 5253229aa1 efl_input_focus: add event_flags 
Summary:
It appears that it could be interesting to know if a focus event has
already been procecced or not. However, a focus event based on scrolling
activity is not possible, therefore, error about that.

Amitesh Singh 196b6f1ba4 interface: rename Efl.Dup to Efl.Duplicate. 
dup is considered too short and maybe confusing,
hence rename it to duplicate instead.

Jean-Philippe Andre bd5b76508b efl: Introduce interface Efl.Dup 
A few classes allow their objects to be duplicated, so they should all
use the same interface.

Also, rename VG's dup to copy_from as it's not conforming to the
definition of dup.
