Sebastian Dransfeld f99d9ccf4b Simpler to use _eina_strbuf_resize 
Add space for '\0' in _eina_strbuf_resize, so that we alwyas just pass
inn the wanted string space as requirement.

Correct len in eina_strbuf_append_n, we needed +1 for '\0' for resize
and strlcpy, but not for ->len

Gustavo Sverzut Barbieri ff3c762ba5 support for explicit disable of ecore-x extensions and tslib. 
Avoid automagic detecting extensions such as Xprint, Xdamage and
friends, as well as for tslib if ecore-fb is in use.

This should help build systems avoid linkage with those even if they
are present when Ecore is built.

formatted) as it will skip (relatively quickly0 draws outside the canvas
viewport. this could become quicker with a fask line-skip table to specific

Carsten Haitzler c0baeaeb68 1. fix fcfini issue i hit - yes . things may look like they leak in valgrind 
- they dont. in reality.
2. major text rendeering speedups. up to 41% in textblock intl, 33% in
textblock basic, 12-20$ in other text rendering tests. generic eina hash's
are just tooo slow for what we are doing there. specialised "Fash"
blocked-array.
3. still LOTS of optimisations left.

2. focus in+out events for the canvas as a whole - can help solve some issues
with inoput methods + ecore-imf + entries (like edje_entry)

Iván Briano e3554033a7 Edje_Edit API break. 
Change group_del() to receive the name of the group to be deleted, and
change the function to not delete a group currently loaded. This causes
problems at the time of deleting the Evas_Object.
Also changed a bit the save() function and added save_all(), which saves
every group loaded, not only the one set to the object. This is mainly so
at the time of deleting a group, we can save the whole file and thus avoid
it getting out of sync with references if a group is deleted and the file
not saved afterwards.

Lars Munch f71f8e0a41 This closes bug #507 
If e17 is compiled with tslib but during runtime the environment variable
TSLIB_TSDEVICE is not set, ecore will accidentally use the file descriptor 0
(probably stdin) for tslib.

The problem is that _ecore_fb_ts_fd is initialized to 0, which is BAD BAD BAD
for file descriptors. It should be initialized to -1. The attached patch fixes
this.

Sebastian Dransfeld 52e7b442cb Remove Ecore Data 
This requires ecore_imf_modules to change.

Substitute imf_module_init in modules with
EINA_MODULE_INIT(imf_module_init) and init Ecore_IMF_Context_Info here
and then register with ecore_imf with ecore_imf_module_register

Since it seems that there is no ecore_imf_modules in svn it is hard to
test this change.

Carsten Haitzler b06b71050a ok. work on native pixmap suppport. have problmes - not sure why. see 
comments (create/destory glx pixmap needed for updates to work, but this
makes rendering dead-slow. without it rendering is fast, but updates dont
happen (useless).

anyone know why glxcreatepixmap is needed as well as bindteximage+release
(and destroy pixmap) vs just bind/unbind?

Cedric BAIL f0fd392e9f * eet: MASSIV REWRITE OF EET_DATA ! 
Eet_Data now use more common code when doing dump/decode. This
	provide new functionnality, you can now do a list/array/hash of string.
	make test/coverage are now passing without problem with 79% of the code
	covered (mainly need to update test suite for fixed point). This rewrite
	is also a first for script langage to directly manipulate Eet_Data (more
	patch comming). It's also a cleanup of the Eet_Node API that could now
	be used just fine.

	Note: Previous dump will not be compatible with this update, but
	Eet_Data will.

	PS: I did some extensive test here with enlightenment, elementary_test,
	editje, elixir and eyelight. If you experience any weird behaviour that
	could be linked with eet_data (well almost anything that use the EFL),
	please report to me as soon as possible.

Iván Briano 3b160b4354 So... this breaks Smarts ABI, rebuild everything after updating Evas. 
This patch adds some stuff for smart callback description/instropection, which
is still untested but doesn't break anything that's out there now. Should help
with bindings later on.

Also some parenting guidelines for smart objects, so it's easier to spawn a
subclass out of another. Look at Box and Table for an example on this.

And again, rebuild everything that uses smart objects after this update, or
the world will turn into a happy place where lawyers are no longer needed...
and we don't want to upset the lawyers.

as we are on the modules context not the array.

looks broken to me. sdl looks like it could be much more complete - like

Sebastian Dransfeld 8007e73077 Patch from Mathieu Taillefumier 
I modified some hearder file in ecore to ease the cleanup of the private
header files in ecore. Each module has now a private header with its own
log color (eina_log related). I also created two private header files
for ecore_sdl and ecore_input for this purpose and corrected some typos
in the xlib_xcb private header file.
