Major changes:
- Top-level window handling adapted for composite manager.
- Composite manager now (mostly) works on all desktops.
French translation update (Ludwig Noujarret).
Initial ARGB client support (Rajsekar Manokaran).
Fix cruft left some times after non-opaque resizing.
Fix fullscreen window positioning after restart.
Systray fixes (avoid crashing certain clients on close).
Window shape fixes related to composite mode.
Draw queue has been eliminated.
