a couple of minor bugfixes to ecvs. now it removes the tempfile CommitLog
as well as remembers to display the cvs commit as it happens.

New ecvs script. this one automatically builds a changelog for us.
rewrote the whole thing in perl. some things you'll notice at the top, easy
ways for you to change what your (Mandrake) message in ChangeLog shows up as,
as well as an easy entry point for you to add your own indent style
(see %names and %indents hashes)

them in your own .cfg files where they are needed (ie witht eh window border
or buttons defs - before the defs of the borders of course)

adding backup facilites so themes can graduate to the new naming structure i'm

about to impose... yes you'll have to renaim stuff in yoru themes (like
imageclasses etc.) - and also restructure your dir struct in your themes.
this is all intended for cleanliness in future and i'm jst putting in
backup stuff so if you dont defint ceratin key imageclasses etc they are
read in from system configs if your theme is "inadequate"

my god.. i spent the last 6 hours finding that obscure pager redraw problem..
...
i fixed 5 bugs all in one go.. when i eventually found it... but it was to do
with freeing pixmap id's badly and using the wrong pixmaps for the wrong things
...
this shoudl all be solved now 9technoirs problem and other peoples and the
pager bgs not chanign properly etc.)

pagers now restart scanning when i turn scanning on and off inthe configs...
oh and snapshots now will adjust for screen res too if it changes between
sessions
