Subject: [E-devel] [PATCH] ecore/ecore_fb: Tweaks in _ecore_fb_size_get

As the width and height are defined as static, no need to initialize it
again to zero. Also removed checks for 'valid pointers' as it is redundant.

Rafael Antognolli e8060b3cd6 ecore/fb: Bring back the old signature of ecore_fb_input_device_open.
A previous patch had changed its signature, but since this is an EAPI,
we can't break it. Now ecore_fb_input_device_window_set() was added to
provide the same functionality.

try to avoid future bugs.

Rafael Antognolli 44538e442a ecore/ecore_fb: Disable mouse move event filtering.
There are two main reasons for disabling this now:
 - it's not working, some problem with an assertion of ecore_lock is
 making the program abort;
 - it's wrong, mouse move events can only be filtered out if they are
 received from an absolute axis device (touchscreen and so), not
 relative ones, like mouse or touchpads.
Patch for SiT.

Lucas De Marchi 5a8a8c9014 Convert (hopefully) all comparisons to NULL
Apply badzero.cocci, badnull.coci and badnull2.cocci

This should convert all cases where there's a comparison to NULL to simpler
forms. This patch applies the following transformations:

code before patch ||code after patch
===============================================================

return a == NULL;                 return !a;

return a != NULL;                 return !!a;

func(a == NULL);                  func(!a);

func(a != NULL);                  func(!!a);

b = a == NULL;                    b = !a;

b = a != NULL;                    b = !!a;

b = a == NULL ? c : d;            b = !a ? c : d;

b = a != NULL ? c : d;            b = a ? c : d;

other cases:

a == NULL                         !a
a != NULL                         a

The change from returning int to Eina_Bool left several call sites with
warnings because they were not updated. Here they are fixed by using
Coccinelle, a tool that allows us to automate tasks like that. This
commit was generated from the following semantic patch:

Lars Munch f71f8e0a41 This closes bug #507
If e17 is compiled with tslib but during runtime the environment variable
TSLIB_TSDEVICE is not set, ecore will accidentally use the file descriptor 0
(probably stdin) for tslib.

The problem is that _ecore_fb_ts_fd is initialized to 0, which is BAD BAD BAD
for file descriptors. It should be initialized to -1. The attached patch fixes
this.
