the scrolbars have been displayed wrongly before. Reason for this is
that the theme displays the bars per default, the code however works
with hidden by default. This was worked arround before with the fact
that we are explicitly hiding the vbar/hbar before.
The reason this previous code was not working proberly is that entry
decided to retheme a object that was already set to the interface
scrollable object. Which means, it was not detected by the code. With
the newly introduced reset function you can tell the interface, that you
have changed the group, signals will be emitted accordingly.

Eolian @properties should be documented at the property level, and
documentation at the setter or getter level should be left to setter-
or getter-specific comments. There is usually no need at all to have
setter- or getter- specific comments.
Also, a property is not a method so descriptions should match that.
This patch removes lots of duplicated text, and will allow enabling
by default the eolian check that ensures that properties have proper
property-level docs.
No functional changes.
This was an experiment that never properly took off and was never
used by any generator. Its use was highly variable, so it could
not be relied upon. We will still want to reverse the current
behavior eventually (no null by default), but that will be
done with eo file versioning in the future.

Summary:
All legacy @since tags have already moved to the *.legacy.h files.
EO files are now devoid of @since tags (except some eldbus still
needed for legacy).
Upcoming patches will add @since 1.22 to those APIs which come out
of beta in this release.
APIs marked @beta do not need @since tags.
Test Plan: Everything builds, EO docs (like DocFX) have no Since tags.

Summary:
All events must have a type now, otherwise bindings don't know how to handle
the event_info field.
Most of the missing event types were actually "void" (no event_info present).
Some struct definitions had to be moved to eo instead of h files, so they
are available to bindings. Some have not, and are marked with FIXME.
Some namespaces have been fixed (like Efl_Event_Cb -> Efl.Event_Cb).
In general, there are hundreds of changed files, but mostly to add a type which
was not present before, so there's no harm done.
Also, A lot of FIXMEs have been added which should be, like, fixed.
For example, some events can send different types of event_info, which is
very inconvenient (and error prone).
Test Plan: make with c# bindings works, make check and make examples work too.

This changes a lot of things all across the EFL. Previously,
methods tagged @const had both their external prototype and
internal impl generated with const on object, while property
getters only had const on the external API. This is now changed
and it all has const everywhere.

I was told that the scrollable interface is being redesigned for EO.
This API definitely does not belong to the base Widget class, as it's
quite specific to item-based scrollable widgets, such as lists and
grids. Since Elm.Interface_Scrollable is itself being revamped, it is a
good place to move that EO API for now.

This may be a bit more controversial...
But Evas_Coord really is just an int and all the internals
of EFL assume that the base coordinate type is a 32-bit int.
So this type is a bit redondant and can't easily be changed
to, say, a float or int64.

If the scroll animation is disabled, we ended up with an
immediate call from inside a post-event callback to modify
the canvas geometry which led to feeding events. Since
99d21f6d9c and 54e5841b2f it is basically forbidden
to modify the canvas or feed events from the post-event cb.
This is because feeding events from inside the post-event
callback can break the logical order of operations between
post-event cb and event cb.
Note: This also implements no-animation scrolling for page
scroll, in case scroll animation is disabled (unifying the
code did that).
Fixes T5289 (abort inside E)
Complex types (i.e. list, array, hash, accessor etc.) now do not require
pointers with them anymore (the pointer is implied) and the same goes for
class handles. Eolian now explicitly disallows creating pointers to these
as well. This is the first part of the work to remove pointers from Eolian
completely, with the goal of simplifying the DSL (higher level) and therefore
making it easier for bindings (as well as easier API usage).
