Ryuan Choi 83d00b0ab5 elm_web2: Fix possible crash when loaded the contents which contains form elements 
ewebkit requires webkit theme to draw form elements so elm_web might be crashed
when ewebkit didn't get theme path at debug build.

ChunEon Park aebdcff513 elementary - use the focused/unfocused string in widget defined. 
Now, it will share the strings so that reduce the binary size also user uses it in one way.

Ryuan Choi a580c2ba5b web: Move EWebKit headers out of Elementary.h again 
Since rELM166ca9e86a72, I moved EWebKit header into Elementary.h like other libraries.
But, it made possible build break while building test browser in webkit.
It's because EWebKit.h and EWebKit2.h have same symbols and test browser should
be compiled with EWebKit2.h although Elementary was built with ewebkit.

This patch reverts a part of changes in rELM166ca9e86a72, which includes EWebkit.h
in Elementary.h

Daniel Juyung Seo e63dd3110a elm: Unified eina critical manro to CRI. 
Being annoyed by different types of eina critical macros - CRI, CRIT,
 CRITICAL -, I concluded to unify them to one. Discussed on IRC and
 finally, CRI was chosen to meet the consistency with other macros -
 ERR, WRN, INF, DBG - in terms of the number of characters.
If there is any missing bits, please let me know.

Ryuan Choi 495f6755b0 web: Include webkit header in Elementary.h when built with ewebkit or ewebkit2 
Like other options, Elementary.h will contain WebKit.h or WebKit2.h when
elementary was built with ewebkit or ewebkit2.

Ryuan Choi a8cef7a216 elm_web : Moved elm_widget_sub_object_parent_add() call from ewk_view's smart_add to elm_web's 
Because ewk_view is smart class and it's parent is Evas, it prints below warning.

 ... Can't execute function Elm_Widget:ELM_WIDGET_SUB_ID_SUB_OBJECT_ADD (op 0x9f)
 for class 'Evas'. Aborting.

Jaehyun Cho db2d711d64 [elm_widget] Enable not to add resize object to or delete resize object from sub object when the resize object is set. 
Summary: Add one more argument, 'Eina_Bool sub_object' to elm_widget_resize_object_set. If the argument, 'sub_object' is set as EINA_TRUE, the new resize object is added to the sub object and the previous resize object is deleted from the sub object.

ChunEon Park d461a8be05 elementary/widgets - set parents before widget constructs their body. 
This avoids unnecessary multiple setups when obj and subobj has connected.

Daniel Juyung Seo c5b0d63838 fixed documentation for consistency. Gets -> Get. 
Occurance of Get is super much higher than Gets.
So change Gets to Get for consistency.

Ryuan Choi e11bbc24b5 web/web2 : Deprecated uri. url will be used instead. 
ewebkit used uri and url as mixed for a long time.
But last year, ewebkit2 decide to use url for the consistency.

Daniel Juyung Seo 74b3eed5fd elm: print the error message inside elm_widget_sub_object_add(). 
1. Do not need to print the same error message from all the widget codes.
2. Even though elm_widget_sub_object_add() can be used internally, there should be no error message at all.
   Elm devs should fix it beforehand.
   So it looks ok to print the error message in elm_widget_sub_object_add() to force elm devs to fix it.
3. Got additional code cleanups.

ChunEon Park 844b5805ff elementary/widget - don't handle tthe resize objects in widget infrastructure. Acutally these resize objects are sub objects so we don't need to care them separately. This caused overhead in some cases(ie, theme change)

Yakov Goldberg 5c98343198 We have ported to Eo all the widgets of elementary. We didn't change the inheritance itself, only the mechanism, as done previously in Evas, Ecore and Edje. We removed totally the previous inheritance mechanism.
