Felipe Magno de Almeida	97cf6d0efb	eina-cxx: Added test for inheriting constructors in the C++11 compiler This adds the inheriting constructor feature test to the m4 macros to avoid compilation of the C++11 binding in constructors without this features, where they would unavoidably fail compilation.
