elementary: rename classes in Eo files to use Elm as a namespace, not a prefix
Rename classes in Eo files that still uses "Elm" as a prefix to use it as a
namespace.

Eo events: fix wrong event invocations
Events were still created and used on high level classes when Evas
interfaces events should have been used (e.g CLICKED, SELECTED).
