these methods exist only to trigger efl_canvas_group_change on geometry
change and apply image sizing policies, there's no need to duplicate existing
functionality as well

this changes image internals to use the more standardized group_calc method
of sizing and causes all previous operations on the image which would have
resulted in an immediate recalc to instead defer the calc until the
group_calc function is called

this takes the current generated output from eolian for legacy code in
efl and adds it to the tree, then removes legacy references from the
corresponding eo files. in the case where the entire eo file was for
a legacy object, that eo file has been removed from the tree

* split "file" property into "file" and "key" properties

* directly return error codes from operations
* add "load" and "unload" methods for directly controlling load state

* rewrite all efl.file implementations to move file loading into load() method
* rewrite all usage of efl.file api based on these changes

This will be used to solve issues around style_set:
if the widget is legacy or pure eo we may need to select a different
style. So in the constructor we need to know whether we are legacy or
eo. Note that calling style_set in finalize only is too late as we would
lose information such as efl_text_set() called inside efl_add().
Assigning id->edje to EINA_TRUE in a code path triggered when id->edje
is EINA_FALSE instead of unconditionnaly setting it to EINA_TRUE avoids
to assign id->edje to itself.
These are some of the EO files that shouldn't be part of the public
EO API:
- elm_access (old)
- actionslider
- bubble
- diskselector
- flipselector (a fancy spinner)
- hoversel (use combobox instead)
- icon (use image instead)
- inwin
- naviframe (unreplaced for now)
- photo (use image)
- prefs
- segment control
- separator
- slideshow
- thumb (use image)
Note: This breaks the use of the elm_widget_xxx.h headers. Those
were internal headers anyway. Exposed because of a lack of
a proper inheritance API.
Efl.Object.event_callback_call no longer calls legacy smart callbacks;
calling only event callbacks registered with the given event description
pointer.
Create the method Efl.Object.event_callback_legacy_call to inherit the old
behavior from Efl.Object.event_callback_call, calling both Efl.Object events
and legacy smart callbacks.
Update all other files accordingly in order to still supply legacy
callbacks while they are necessary.
This removes some useless code in various places, where the
switch from eo_do() to standard function call was not properly
refactored.
This changes:

so there is no way to check it really apply correct theme.

Fixes missing app icons (and others) when using elementary icon theme.
This is required to comply with the fdo icon spec.
Now that we have a fuller icon theme in elementary it's not intrusive
The hicolor fallback requirement is handled by efreet
and the usage of fdo is user specified now not by code.
This means the only (theoretical) way this could be a
problem is if the user removes a theme.
This seems like a good tradeoff to remove the overhead
and enable the apps to switch icons based on config change.
The definition of where to load icons is now up to the user
(through the configuration of the icon_theme config value)
rather than being defined in code per-app or even per-component
