Sometimes, gif loader can miss some previous frame.
In that case, display can be dirty.
If frame N loaded without N-1 make these problem.
I fixed this problem.
And I modified wrong document.

calls the term func... lkike when decoding headers... when it DOESNT.

anyway (and if its already done it'll savely just return and not free

If file was corrupted , the size value of app frame is bigger than real file
size.
For example, if somebody change file using editor, the file start with (FF
D8 FF E0 FF DB ..).
But real file size can be small than (FF DB).
In that case, _evas_jpeg_membuf_src_skip set src->pub.bytes_in_buffer to
negative value, it make crash later.

I found if gif file didn't have colormap, evas make segmentation fault.
So I add null check code of the gif color map .

evas passes certain input on the cmd-line and your binary produces
output on stdout (and also optionally additionally in a shm or tmp

When I tested some bmp files on evas, I found one bmp file is not displayed.
But this bmp file is displayed on windows and linux gimp and etc.
So I checked this bmp file, this file have 208 data per line despite 207
pixel per line!!
I fixed code to skip the data when data is more than width instead of
break. I think this is not bug but evas policy problem.

* log domains in lower-case only please. let's make it a standard so
we don't have to look at the code everytime to figure out the name...
* logs do NOT require trailing newline (\n), it's automatic!
* do NOT add newline inside log messages!
* add gl_common logging.
NOTE: I tried to compile all modules, but there are clear broken
modules such as cairo and qtopia. Other modules like gl_sdl are
broken as they were not updated to new gl_common api (resize
method AFAIR).
