Stefan Schmidt 0802e6a28d evas_blend_ops: Fix gcc complains about static used in non static inline functions. 
Make the functions static as well to avoid gcc warnings like this:
warning: 'ALPHA_SSE3' is static but used in inline function 'sub4_alpha_sse3' which is not static

Vincent Torri 3de60c77b4 Evas: fix use of __always_inline__ attribute 
Fix multiple storage bug.
 * __forceinline is the equivalent of __always_inline__ on Windows. It has
   'extern' as storage, so static must not be used with it
 * use __always_inline__ and not always_inline as attribute value instead.
   No need to add storage class with __always_inline__ too.
 * static inline is fine

Jim Kukunas 5d45544329 [PATCH] evas: fix typo in LOOP_ALIGNED_U1_A48_SSE3 
The old version works because in every function in which
this macro is used ``l'' is the length and ``d'' is the
destination. This patch prevents future headaches when
those constraints no longer hold.

Jim Kukunas 937a5a91f1 evas: add common SSE3 blending functions/macro 
mul_256_sse3
sub4_alpha_sse3
interp4_256_sse3
mul_sym_sse3
mul4_sym_sse3
mul3_sym_sse3

LOOP_ALIGNED_U1_A48_SSE3

__attribute__((always_inline)) is needed to coax GCC (< 4.6.0)
into inlining the common blend ops. Not inlining these functions
causes a steep performance penalty.

Carsten Haitzler 77e35d60a3 jose's software rendering work - slight improvements (about 5-10%). i had to 
disable destination alha mmx support for text rendering (mask + color) as it
was broken in tests.
