Gustavo Sverzut Barbieri 8ef9ff019e Add a theme hook to elm_scrolled_entry 
This patch makes it possible to specify a different style to an
elm_scrolled_entry. Worked fine in ewebkit-demo.

the below signals:

 - anchor,clicked
 - selection,start
 - selection,changed
 - selection,cleared

 - selection,copy
 - selection,cut
 - longpressed

Iván Briano bcc4b4db54 Scrolled entry, first step. 
This is a compound widget that puts an entry inside a scroller,
so the user doesn't have to manage that stuff. Still needs some
more exposure of the scroller stuff and probably some automatizations.
