Summary:
historically there have been two methods of calculating sizes in elm:
* elm_layout_sizing_eval
* evas_object_smart_calculate (now efl_canvas_group_calculate)
the former was used to set size hints on widgets, while the latter was
used to perform internal size calcs for the widget. for things to
work correctly, these functions had to be triggered in just the right
order at just the right time. many hard-to-fix bugs related to widget
sizing over the years have been the result of this split
this patch removes elm_layout_sizing_eval implementations so that all
widgets perform both internal size calcs and size hint setting all
in the same function, ensuring that these are always in sync
the result is that in the vast majority of cases, far fewer recalcs
happen for widgets, and they are quicker to achieve their final size

this takes the current generated output from eolian for legacy code in
efl and adds it to the tree, then removes legacy references from the
corresponding eo files. in the case where the entire eo file was for
a legacy object, that eo file has been removed from the tree

before the move and resize events have been used. However, this turned
out to not work well, because not all registered items are real
efl.gfx.entity objects, there is also a custom property for getting the
focus geometry, so now this property is completed with a event that is
emitted when the focus geometry changes. With this event we can
reintroduce relation caching. Since all events are marked correctly
dirty now.

there is one function that needs to be implemented by the inheritor of
Efl.Ui.Focus.Object and that is focus_parent, otherwise child_focus
cannot be propagated correctly. This is now achived correctly for all
widgets.
This fixes from elm_object_focus_get results for toolbar and calendar.
Segmentcontrol inherits from the class, however, the widget itself does
not allow focus, so its never registered probebly.

Summary:
1. Why there is a edje signal callback in elm_calendar? and do we need to maintain?
We used edje part like a button before (3 years ago?), So there is a callbacks to get edje signal.
Im pretty sure it is not use anymore. but we need to maintain backward compatibility.
2. elm_calendar using using repeat feature in efl_ui_button for it. why did i change it to manual timer?
We opend elm_calendar_interval_set() APIs. Support this API the manual timer is proper then using button's feature.
3. why scroll freeze? and why only elm_calendar does it?
When the user long press calendar button area and then move the scroll will be activated. it can prevent that weird action.
efl_ui_calendar using button's feature. i not sure scroll freeze is deserve to attached in button side as a feature or not.
So i will consider more for this case.
4. Why efl_ui_calendar doesn't have year buttons (double spinner case)
After interface work, we don't accept style change in the runtime. so that featrue will be supported as API.
The year_button_set/get() property should be added. but i dont know is it really needed...
If the app developer want use year inc/dec button for efl_ui_calendar. they can inherit the class and make it easily.

View, Action, API test in the elementary-test sample App.
Ps. The issue of the calendar2 crash when it closed. It's not relative with this commit. its focus. i will look around.

This changes a lot of things all across the EFL. Previously,
methods tagged @const had both their external prototype and
internal impl generated with const on object, while property
getters only had const on the external API. This is now changed
and it all has const everywhere.

Following @taxi2se's recommendation. This is indeed a focus method, and
Widget already inherits from Focus.Object.

This thing is used by only 2 EO APIs that are marked as @beta. I wonder
if the @beta tag or the ptr() expression made it work for eolian,
because it simply wasn't defined in EO.
I'm renaming it just so that it's more consistent with the new names
used by atspi (and EO API in general).
This will be used to solve issues around style_set:
if the widget is legacy or pure eo we may need to select a different
style. So in the constructor we need to know whether we are legacy or
eo. Note that calling style_set in finalize only is too late as we would
lose information such as efl_text_set() called inside efl_add().
This prevents legacy EO classes from being exposed through .eo.h headers
or .eo in share/eolian/includes. Also removes a slew of useless xxx_eo.h
intermediate headers.
Notes:
- elm_systray has no proper API: it's not clear if the EO API should be
released (in which case it needs to be renamed to efl_something) and
there is no legacy API to create a systray object.
- Some files have been placed in a "FIXME" section, as I believe they
are necessary within EO land, but at the same time still don't
conform to the interfaces (eg. name starts with elm_).
- elm_interface_scrollable is required by photocam. This means photocam
needs to be adapted to fit the EO scroller API (still to be
completed, I believe).
Bugs:
- This breaks most C++ examples. I KNOW. And I'm working on it.

This is also another protected and beta API. Meant to be overridden by
subclasses, but belongs to a still unstable API.
The difference between the internal legacy and the EO API is really bad.
Same as with activate (previous commit).

This factorizes the code and makes most widgets handle key down events
in the same way:
- check that the object is not disabled, event is not on hold
- figure out the key binding based on the class name
- mark event as on hold
The class name is usually MY_CLASS_NAME but in some cases it was
MY_CLASS_NAME_LEGACY which may be different from the EO class name (eg.
elm_win vs. Efl.Ui.Win). In that case the key bindings are broken.
This breaks key bindings for the following widgets:
- Win (focus)
- Image ("clicked")
- Video (move, play)
This fixes key bindings for the following widgets:
- Nstate
Some widgets remain broken:
- Photocam / Efl.Ui.Image.Zoomable
A patch will be applied to restore the key bindings for the above
breaks.
This is an internal function that should probably become an overridable
protected method, as it's required for proper event handling in widgets.
Next step: use eo_event_info in the widgets implementations. Then remove
legacy event struct.

elm_layout_sizing_eval() marks an object as requiring recalc.
Unfortunately, it's been massively abused by various widgets into
actually doing the calc, or the min calc. So we end up with one API
that has 3 different definitions depending on the widget type:
1. Mark as requiring recalc (correct, respects doc, elm_layout)
2. Calculate min size and other size hints
3. Actually do some geometry modification
I believe we need to clarify these 3 requirements into 3 very clear
and specific APIs in elementary. Right now we have similar functions
in evas for 1 (evas_object_smart_changed) and 3 (smart_calculate).
But their exact definition also isn't necessarily what we want for
elementary.
Another clear problem is that layout_eval does not do any calculation
(in theory), so the "eval" word is a bit of a stretch here.
Once we're sure about the exact API we want, we can add this back to
EO and make it work across our EO widgets. For now let's just keep
the legacy API, and its EO overrides, as is.
