elm: print the error message inside elm_widget_sub_object_add().

1. Do not need to print the same error message from all the widget codes.
2. Even though elm_widget_sub_object_add() can be used internally, there should be no error message at all.
Elm devs should fix it beforehand.
So it looks ok to print the error message in elm_widget_sub_object_add() to force elm devs to fix it.
3. Got additional code cleanups.

Subject: [E-devel] [PATCH] Fix one direction at time scrolling
Would you check if the attached patch is right? It seems that the
negation
was incorrect, inhibiting the one-direction-at-time flag to take
effect as
if there is a scroll (x or y, or '1 || 1 == 1') and it would be negated
evaluating to 0.
This flag should remove the annoying behavior of scroller inside
scroller
when you start dragging in one direction and then move slightly on the
other and it would affect both scrollers. My case is an horizontal panel
with 3 genlists side-by-side. If I start moving from one list to another
and my finger/mouse goes up/down, I don't want the lists to scroll.
Similarly if I'm scrolling the list (vertical) and then I slightly
move my
finger left/right I don't want the panel to change.
It is still annoying that one axis should be the double as the other.
I'd
say that only 50% more would do, suggestions?
If it's right, would you please apply as my devenv is a mess right now
(working from virtualbox on a temp machine)

I saw http://trac.enlightenment.org/e/ticket/1616 and it is related to standard profile.
In standard profile, icon and end part of entry are aligned to center so that only half of parts are visible.
It should be aligned like mobile profile.

And I added elm_object_focus_next_object_set(get). By setting focus next object manually, developer can set its own first candidate of focus next. Lastly I added elm_object_focused_object_get, for easy finding of current focused object in one object sub-tree.

Fix the elm_shutdown bug in _elm_shutdown_config.

Elementary elm_glview: call surface update when mode changes

When glview mode was set using elm_glview_mode_set() function, it
wasn't properly calling the surface_update function internally.
This can potentially cause the surface to be not updated to the latest
mode that was set by the user. Also removed a call to the surface
update function that was unnecessary.

Add the option about sending signals in content_pos_set.
...
When the scroller is resized, the signals("elm,action,scroll", "elm,edge,top" so on) shouldn't be sent,
because it's not a scroll-action. So in this case, the content_pos_set should be called without the signals.

Issue: Currently There is no possibility in entry to get currently
selected context menu items contents i.e., Label, icon etc:- due
to this issue a separate callback has to be added per item or the
item's contents has to be sent in data.
Fix: This patch fixes this problem by sending item pointer as
event_info and providing APIs to access the item pointer. This fix is
very useful for applications which add their own context menu items to
entry's context menu.

This patch adds omit feature to elm_index.

If you enable omit mode when having too many items,
some items in the middle are omitted and the index can be displayed
from the top to the bottom.
* not support horizontal mode

When configuring the source outside of the git tree

Fix 1byte invalid read & do memset, rewind if needed.
...
Summary:
1. because eina_simple_xml_parse uses char *, buf should be null
terminated. So I use memset.
2. Because NULL is needed at the end, I add one more byte.
fread read exact bytes and has no NULL.
3. If buf is failed to alloc (very rarely case), it is not need to rewind and memset.
Test Plan: Use valgrind and elm_map_name_add API

also it fixed a logic error when theme changed is happened.
It will try to apply the original style if the orientation style is invalid on theme changing.

[focus][popup] fix focus related bugs

1. if user just hides the popup, the focus tree is broken. it is caused by elm_object_content_unset(notify);
popup calls elm_object_content_set(notify, popup); in the _on_show(); it would be terrible.
there would be a structual problem, but it is hart to figure out.
2. _elm_popup_smart_focus_direction(); calls notify's focus_direction(); and it calls popup's one again.
there is circular dependency between notify and popup.

I "accidently" fixed this bug in elm_access.
...
_elm_access_highlight_cycle sets access read_mode as EINA_TRUE
and then never set it back as EINA_FASLE,
which causes elm_widget_focus_steal not to be called when restoring focus tree.

Orientation Mode is used for widgets to change it's styles or to send signals
whenever it's window degree is changed. If the orientation mode is enabled
and the widget has different looks and styles for the window degree(0, 90,
180, 270), it will apply a style that is readied for the current degree,
otherwise, it will send signals to it's own edje to change it's any states if
the style doesn't be readied.

Before the patch, the list item didn't appended or prepended in the list.
Algorithms were not wrong, but function "elm_list_go(li)" was missed before showing list.
So, I added "elm_list_go(li)" in some proper functions.

Added debug info functions for Clouseau. From now, classes implementing

in Clouseau their own specific information.
Information contents handling is controlled by the class itself and
no more by Clouseau. Basic types are supported, as couple of ints,

With this patch, the main menu now keeps listening for the app menu
registrar all the time. Whenever it's available, it tries to register
itself. If the registrar exits, the menu switches back to local mode.

There are two issues with ctxpopup:
- Memory leak: Elm_Ctxpopup_Item is used but not deleted.
- Incorrect callback function: returned object and event_info are list object and item
(should be ctxpopup object and item).
I would like to send a patch to fix above issues.

The layout has two parts, one for placing a menu bar on the window and
the other for placing the actual window contents. The content part is
an Evas box with a custom layout that mimics the standard widget
placement rules inside the window (adapted from resize_objects_eval
and resize_job)
Note: a custom layout was written here, because it's not possible to
use a common stacking layout, since applications do not follow the
stacking rules (they don't use EVAS_HINT_FILL and
evas_object_size_hint_align_set). Maybe, with time, applications
could be changed to use them, so the custom layout may be removed.

so new object would be highlighted if there is new object under the previous mouse(cursor) position.
to fix this issue, elm_access is using the mouse_event_enable flag. but it would cause a problem as
following case: 1. create input window in access module, 2. read something, 3. disable access module
this would be resolved by export api to set mouse_event_enable flag the other day.

Before the patch, when window of device which has elementary rotates,
the ctxpopup doesn't emit the "dismissed" signal to application.
For this reason, if an application developer wants to make an event using "dismissed" signal when device rotates,
he/she cannot do anything.
But after add evas_object_smart_callback in the function "_on_parent_resize",
this problem is resolved.
That means, whether a device is rotated or not, when ctxpopup disappears, "dismissed" signal is emitted.
So I want you to check this patch.

1. in _index_box_auto_fill
_index_box_clear(line 178) does nothing:
if _index_box_clear is called, it means sd->level_active[level] is
false (line 116).
if sd->level_active[level] is false, _index_box_clear returns
immediately (line 60).
2. in _on_mouse_down
3. in _on_mouse_in_access
4. in _autohide_disabled_set
Signal emit is enough.
Filling the box and displaying the box are separated jobs.
I think it's logically consistent to fill the box only when
1) elm_index_level_go is called
2) theme is changed
5. in _level_go
Always clear the box before fill the box.

Remove wayland frame caluclation code
...
Disabling frame calculation for now, because, in the code, a call
for getting the geometry might return the size with the frame
included, so adding it in the resize call would result in doubling
the frame size.

Do not try to get the genlist Smart_Data from the data pointer in

show_region_hook, but rather get it from the actual Object.
Fixes a crash that happens if someone overrides the show_region_hook
(via elm_widget call) and passes an Int or String or something else as
the data parameter.
