Mike Blumenkrantz 4d79efce64 elm_layout: create a mixin to provide elm_layout_sizing_eval 
Summary:
this removes elm_layout_sizing_eval entirely from the implementation
hierarchy of any efl_ui-based widgets, ensuring that future code will
correctly use efl_canvas_group functionality

Marcel Hollerbach 64923b8db1 efl_ui: move clickable from efl to efl_ui 
Summary:
efl_ui_clickable is now a mixin. The mixin now brings two APIs the press
and unpress API can be used to tell the implementation the state of the
presses. Within the implementation the calls to press / unpress are then
converted to longpress / clicked events.

Cedric BAIL bc12d9feb5 eo: make reflection getter const function. 
Getter are usually not modifying there object. This is going to put a strong
limit on what a getter property for MVVM is, as it will prevent any side
effect on getting a property from a View.

Mike Blumenkrantz 4e1ec2d3e9 elm_colorselector: remove all legacy usage from eo files 
this takes the current generated output from eolian for legacy code in
efl and adds it to the tree, then removes legacy references from the
corresponding eo files. in the case where the entire eo file was for
a legacy object, that eo file has been removed from the tree
