so we can detect e.g., double-tap with two fingers

Summary:
Since the current Efl.Gesture.Events has canvas gesture events only,
Efl.Gesture.Events should be renamed to Efl.Canvas.Gesture_Events.
If other types of gesture events are newlly required later, which are
not based on canvas, then class Efl.XXX.Gesture_Events is required to
be introduced.

We need to keep in mind that the Manager and the Recognizers are not visible to the user.
The user only sees the events and the different Efl.Canvas.Gesture_* payloads.

Summary:
Instead of surrounding all the #include "*.eo.h" lines in Efl.h
with #ifdef EFL_BETA_API_SUPPORT, include these files unconditionally, but mark
all classes as @beta in the eo files.
This will allow taking them out of beta one by one as we deem them stable enough.
Otherwise, the current procedure involves moving the #include line out of the
ifdef block, which is cumbersome and messes include order.
