Minkyu Kang	466b05843e	elementary/tooltip: adjust the coordinate if tooltip was located out of screen ... Summary: When reconfigure the tooltip as orient, the tooltip can located out of screen. This patch will adjust the coordinate so that can be seen whole tooltip.
