I just ran my script (email to follow) to migrate all of the EFL
automatically. This commit is *only* the automatic conversion, so it can
be easily reverted and re-run.
To configure elementary sources with bindings to use in nodejs add
––with-js=nodejs in configure flags in EFL compilation to generate
node files, then compile elementary normally:
path/to/efl$ configure --with-js=nodejs
path/to/efl$ make
path/to/efl$ make install
path/to/elm$ configure
path/to/efl$ make
path/to/efl$ make install
To use, you have to require elm:
elm = require('elm')
The bindings is divided in two parts: generated and manually
written. The generation uses the Eolian library for parsing Eo files
and generate C++ code that is compiled against V8 interpreter library
to create a elm.node file that can be required in a node.js instance.

don't change entry.
Wrong behavior: entry is cleaned.
If no file was selected 'file' variable is NULL,
and elm_entry_utf8_to_markup(NULL) returns empty string.
Thus this empty string was set to entry.

elm_object_item_focus_next_object_set/get and
elm_object_item_focus_next_item_set/get.
If the item and object is set at the same time,
the item is preference to object when the focus moves.
This feature is implemented about gengrid.

Fix behaviour for changed, activated, press events.
Forwarders must be set on entry's original events,
so they will call corresponding fileselector entry's callbacks.

Summary:
Change requested by TAsn. Previuosly AT-SPI headers were kept private
and included directly into elementary source code. From now on,
AT-SPI headers can be included from Elementary.h public header, however
will be marked as beta APIs.
Commit includes following changes:
* include all atspi headers into new elm_interfaces.h header.
* marking all at-spi interfaces methods/properties as @protected.
* wrap all common headers with EFL_BETA_API_SUPPORT.
* make some common APIs visible in lib, by adding EAPI attribute
(if someone decides to use beta APIs).

Unified the local variable name to ret if the ret is a return value of
another content_unset calls.
- Evas_Object *int_ret --> Evas_Object *ret
- Evas_Object *int_content --> Evas_Object *ret
- Evas_Object *content --> Evas_Object *ret
Call the smart callback in the widget infra so that each widget don't need to hook the smart_translate only for the smart call.
This makes reducing duplicated code and supporting language,chagned from all widgets.
Summary:
fileselector_button and fileselector_entry should have almost same interfaces with fileselector.
Previously , we exposed them individually such as elm_fileselector_is_save_set().
Instead of adding the same APIs three times, we can reuse one fileselector's API using Eo interface.
This patch introduced fileselector interface and applied it to elm_fileselector.

There are elm_widget_theme/theme_set/theme_get functions.
In Eolian these functions will be described as "theme" method and
"theme" property. There is clash here.
So add suffix "_apply" to Eo API for "elm_widget_theme".
Summary:
elm_layout_theme_set can call some methods like _smart_disable and there are some warnings
when these methods manipulate some member variabls which are not initialized yet.
It's because elm_layout_theme_set is called too early in _smart_add.

Being annoyed by different types of eina critical macros - CRI, CRIT,
CRITICAL -, I concluded to unify them to one. Discussed on IRC and
finally, CRI was chosen to meet the consistency with other macros -
ERR, WRN, INF, DBG - in terms of the number of characters.
If there is any missing bits, please let me know.
This commit is invalid.
It just use strdup and strdup may return NULL when memory is not enough.
This reverts commit f579f7fd4b5e863f01a001876e536f5becc40811.
1. Do not need to print the same error message from all the widget codes.
2. Even though elm_widget_sub_object_add() can be used internally, there should be no error message at all.
Elm devs should fix it beforehand.
So it looks ok to print the error message in elm_widget_sub_object_add() to force elm devs to fix it.
3. Got additional code cleanups.
