Carsten Haitzler b60120b26b ok rafael/rui - i've deprecated send and made a get and post call that 
will explicitly do a get or a post. send is still there (deprecated)
and it just does what it did before - it guesses effectively. please
comment. :)

Sebastian Dransfeld cfe7ae6528 listen for IN_ATTRIB and IN_CLOSE_WRITE 
use IN_ATTRIB|IN_CLOSE_WRITE instead of IN_MODIFY. Now we get changes if
attributes change, and only event when a user closes a changed file.
IN_MODIFY will trigger an event each time a write is flush'ed.

Lucas De Marchi 5a8a8c9014 Convert (hopefully) all comparisons to NULL 
Apply badzero.cocci, badnull.coci and badnull2.cocci

This should convert all cases where there's a comparison to NULL to simpler
forms. This patch applies the following transformations:

code before patch               ||code after patch

return a != NULL;                 return !!a;

Sebastian Dransfeld 8007e73077 Patch from Mathieu Taillefumier 
I modified some hearder file in ecore to ease the cleanup of the private
header files in ecore. Each module has now a private header with its own
log color (eina_log related). I also created two private header files
for ecore_sdl and ecore_input for this purpose and corrected some typos
in the xlib_xcb private header file.

Vincent Torri e18508b701 remove a bit the mess n ecore. It's just the first patch... 
* add vim header
 * include config.h when necessary
 * fix the order of some include
 * move the standard header in ecore_private.h to the source files

I have recompiled all the efl and e17, and e17 seems to work fine with these changes.
If you encounter problems with that commit, let me know.

     do not use aygshell features anymore for fullscreen (it's not free and not always available)
     include missing config.h

 * ecore_evas:
     move Evas.h and Ecore_Getopt.h so that EAPI is correctly defined
     add title_set and fullscreen_set functions.

Dan Sinclair 74873d6559 - set the job list to NULL. If this isn't done and we re-init the library (as efreet does during unit testing) the list won't get re-created and crap memory will get freed on the next shutdown
