tested on linux and windows.
And disable valgrind as there's a link problem in eet binary,
i'll check that later

I can't be sure that distcheck is fixed as the check of eet is failing.
I've disable the run of the eina test for now as it is *very* long. I'll
re-enable it once eet check is running flawlessly
