elm: print the error message inside elm_widget_sub_object_add().
...
1. Do not need to print the same error message from all the widget codes.
2. Even though elm_widget_sub_object_add() can be used internally, there should be no error message at all.
Elm devs should fix it beforehand.
So it looks ok to print the error message in elm_widget_sub_object_add() to force elm devs to fix it.
3. Got additional code cleanups.

We have ported to Eo all the widgets of elementary. We didn't change the inheritance itself, only the mechanism, as done previously in Evas, Ecore and Edje. We removed totally the previous inheritance mechanism.

Always check for valid evas object.
...
If you try to create a new widget, you must be sure that the parent
is really an evas object.
With the previous implementation it was possible to call an _add
function for an elementary widget with any non-null pointer as parent
eventually causing crashes (like with the elm_box).

New hover direction: "smart".

This injects some inteligence into hovers which can then be shared
between other composed hover widgets. Also introducing four new
swallow slots one can place content at: the diagonal corners. Just
gotta fill all the styles with those, but no time right now.

elm_hover/hoversel: set a default parent in the constructor. With the edje external type we can not set a parent currently but with this patch we can use theses widgets in specifics conditions (the parent will be the edje group)

Remove unneeded code with notnull.cocci script

The notnull.cocci script from Coccinelle finds places where you check if a
variable is NULL, but it's known not to be NULL. The check can be safely
removed. For example, this code would be caught by notnull:
if (!var) return;
if (var && var->fld) { ... }
It's needless to check again if var is not NULL because if it's in fact NULL,
it would have returned on the previous "if". This commit removes all the
trivial places where this pattern happens. Another patch will be generated for
the more complex cases.
