all: Simplify definition of EAPI
This will help in the transition from Autotools to Meson. This has been
tested on Windows for which EFL_XXX_BUILD were first introduced.

Fix sed error that changed "video" to "videfl"
commit c662934be8 seems to have accidentally
renamed a few instances of _video_ to _videfl_, this hopefully changes
them all back.

Eo: Finish the renaming of Eo to the EFL.
This renames all the rest of the API to the EFL namespace except for
Eo_Event that will follow soon.
Obviously breaks both API and ABI.
