list conversion. The bug resulted in no input devices where added when
using framebuffer. This patch also cleans up some related NULL
checks that are not needed any more.

(windows management, cursors, events, etc...) so that ecore_evas_cocoa.c
does not contain objective c code anymore

Fix segfault when double freeing a string.
