We have ported to Eo all the widgets of elementary. We didn't change the inheritance itself, only the mechanism, as done previously in Evas, Ecore and Edje. We removed totally the previous inheritance mechanism.

ok- yes - i know it isnt that great, but i dont know of a good

alternative that doesnt have a whole bunch of gotchas, so keep the
size set api as its the best of a bad lot of options.

remove eina_pure and eina_nonnull because really.. they screw up
...
auto-formatting scripts and i just spent a long time fixing the
results of one. the actual value of these macros is minimal at best
