ELM support for unicode hexadecimal representations inputs
Story: I have configured my keyboard to type utf8 characters, so things like áéíóúçñ (and some emoticons) will work on the fly with the keyboard set on plain english
In GTK (and ibus, web-browsers, etc), you can type something like:
Ctrl+Shift+u; e; 9; Enter and it will insert an é
That allows to insert any type of unicode characters, it will be very good if this can work too on ELM (and so, in terminology too)
