Horms 5ac42d953d Add build-dependancy on pkg-config ... As aclocal may be called via autogen.sh during the Debian build process add an explicit build dependancy on pkg-config which includes /usr/share/aclocal/pkg.m4 which provides the PKG_CHECK_MODULES macro.
