Amitesh Singh 363cd95497 config: revert first_item_focus_on_first_focus_in to 0 ... This fixes a behavioural change introduced in D1135. Steps to reproduce: 1. elementary_test -> genlist/list/gengrid 2. scroll dragging the scroll-bar 3. an item nearest to viewport gets selected when you release the mouse button Most of the time, we don't want item to be selected or focused on dragging scroll-bar via mouse.
