Christopher Michael cc428cedeb Add function to return the icon size. ... Add trap for a max icon size (currently hard-coded to 48 as anything greater causes issues with the buttons). Add trap to check if the toolbar's icon size is already set to what is requested. This trap added, because without it the toolbar goes into a "disabled" look.
