Carsten Haitzler dd0d6b153f let's try handling auto-throttle by counting up 
shown/withdraw/iconified windows at the time we eval windows and then
use just the shown count to disable throttling. :)

COMPILING AND INSTALLING:

  ./configure
  make
(do this as root unless you are installing in your users directories):
  make install
